Foreign object found in your order, contamination, or sanitation issues. Since all of our products are lab tested and filled in a sanitary environment, it is unlikely contamination or sanitation issues would arise.
We cannot honor returns for “ineffective kratom” because many customers have differing experiences. Even on our strongest batches we will have customers who report no effects. We cannot hold ourselves accountable for the experiences of each and every user, especially when their personal behaviors and habits can have a big influence on whether kratom is effective or not. Some users are frequently using other substances that can block the effects of kratom. When moving to a more potent batch to a less potent batch of kratom, it is normal for the effects to be lesser. Please give your body time to adjust to the new batch. Part of a healthy kratom habit is taking what a batch gives you. We put a lot of effort into sourcing the freshest, greenest, and best supply we possibly can. Sometimes, the effects you experience are just not within our control. When we deliver a fresh, green, clean batch that is lab tested, we feel we have done our job. Over time, we are confident that we will provide you with the most potent kratom on the market, but we cannot guarantee every batch will work amazing for everyone.
