We understand the nature of our products and the need for fast shipping. Unless your package is delayed, please be sure to read this page before e-mailing us about shipping. We hold ourselves accountable to make sure that all orders placed before 3pm eastern M-F are shipped same day. Our cut off for same day shipping on Saturday is 12pm eastern. Sunday we do not ship.
If you supply a valid e-mail on your order, tracking will be e-mailed to you when we purchase the shipping. After tracking is e-mailed, we still have to fill your order and drop it off. Tracking will not update until later in the day when the package is scanned.
USPS does not reimburse us for lost packages unless it has been 14 days. So in the event your order is delayed, we may have to ask that you wait 14 days from the order date before we can send a replacement. If you are unable to wait the 14 day period, we can see about offering a discounted order to hold you over until the 14 day period is up.
